The Concession Stand Needs Y O U!
Just as a reminder all families must work 2 shifts at the confession stand/ HJFA tent / or 50-50 if you don't want your $100.00 checked cashed.
If there are no spaces left on the 4 home game schedule then you will be randomally assigned to work play-off games.
If you don't like working the consession stand there are plenty of other things that you can sign up for which include the following :
*Set up crew. I will need 4 or 5 people to help me set up before every home game. This makes most sense for Spike parents because your football player will need to be there an hour before game time anyway.
* Pick up ice ( sometimes as many as 20 bags ) before every home game. The ice needs to be there at least 1 hour before the start of the first game.
* Do a Restaurant Depot run before home games for fries and a few other things.
* Pick up buns from Giant Eagle before home games. These need to be here 1/2 hour prior to the start of the first game.

Volunteers Needed: Co-Director and Errand Runner
Co-Director would work and oversee the concession stand during all 3 levels for all home games. This would include set up and clean up. We are responsible for scheduling not only the concession stand but the 50/50, HJFA Wear Tent and the Admissions people. We would do the initial stock order which can include trips to Sam's Club, Restaurant Depot, Slush Puppy, Paper Products and Walmart.
We also need someone to run errands for us!
The Runner would be a behind the scenes catch-all helper for the concession team. We may need you to run a few errands the week leading up to a home game. For example: Picking up buns at Giant Eagle or buying a sleeve of plates at Wal-Mart, meeting the Pepsi delivery truck at Fridley to let him inside the gate. If you could be our On-Call, Behind the Scenes Superhero, then contact Sheila Mignogna. This is a season long opportunity!
