Online payment processing is available for Jr. Cougar Football ONLY. SPECIAL NOTE FOR TACKLE FOOTBALL - Details regarding other checks that need to be brought to equipment pick-up are provided on the Online Registration Form.
Please click the appropriate button below, depending on whether you are registering one child (the FIRST option) for tackle football, or more than one child from the same family for tackle football or if you are registering a player for flag football. If you have more than one child playing tackle football, you will pay the Regular Registration Fee ($450) for the first child in the family, and then pay the Sibling Registration Fee ($350) for each subsequent child (see second option below). Flag football is a per-child basis. You MUST pay for each child separately.
Each family will be asked to participate in the program "Kitty Fund". This is a separate transaction of $25 per player. Please plan to pay this fee separately.
When entering your information below, PLEASE enter your child's FIRST & LAST NAME in the "PO Number" field in the top right of the credit card processing form. This will allow us to correctly match payments with the online registration forms.
