Tryout Information for the 2010 Season
The Long Island Breakers organization is currently looking for elite players for their 2010 11u, 12u, 13u and 14u clubs. In order to attend a workout with the club, please do the following:
- Complete an Online Tryout Request Form under the On-line Tryout Request Form link on the Main Menu of the website;
or
- e-mail a request for a try-out to longislandbreakers@yahoo.com;
or
- contact Michael Burghardt by phone at (631) 325-9032 or (631) 357-2339.
At the tryout, all player parents are required to:
- Complete a Registration From (Club will provide)
- Complete an Insurance Waiver Form (Club will provide)
- Bring a copy of their Birth Certificate.
