In 1996, "Pops" was voted to the Silver Anniversary, 25 Year All-Time Team for the Dayton National Police Championships. During the voting, Mike was a unanimous decision and received more votes than any other player selected to the team. Yet another fine accomplishment for the Hall of Fame player and coach.
