Joe Garavente
Monroe is fortunate to have a Director and coach of Joe's caliber. Monroe represents the third local lacrosse program he has started. Joe has coached for 25 years and is a former member of two national championship teams at Johns Hopkins University. Joe's coaching philosophy emphasizes fundamentals and sportsmanship.
Joe's goal is for Monroe Lacrosse to be the top lacrosse program in the area. "Monroe is loaded with very good athletes that would find lacrosse to be a tremendous outlet for their abilities," Joe says.

Mike Ruopoli
A former player at Villanova, Coach Ruopoli brings enthusiasm and energy to the Monroe Falcon program. Coach Ruopoli coached the Monroe Wolverine Pop Warner Jr. Midgets football squad to the 2007 Central Jersey Division 3 Championship and runner up in the 2007 Pop Warner Eastern Regional Championship.

Ken Pace
Better known as the hugely successful men's basketball coach at Colonia High, Coach Pace is determined to help Monroe Lacrosse become competitive very quickly. Coach Pace is famous for getting the most out of his players, developing a team-first attitude, and creating innovative drills.

Jeff Marshall
Jeff will be the head coach for our Girls program this year. Jeff has experience playing for Dowling College in Oakdale N.Y.and at the University of South Florida. He has experience in coaching lacrosse and youth soccer as well as daughters playing on the rec and high school level this year.

Art Marini
Art never played lacrosse, but he has followed it closely for many years. It is his favorite sport. Art also coaches in the Monroe Wolverines Pop Warner program, the Monroe Thunder girls travel softball team, and recreational girls basketball.

Chris Damore
A former college player at NJ Institute of Technology, Chris also coaches basketball, baseball and soccer.

Matt Riti
Coach Riti brings six years of East Brunswick Blackhawk lacrosse coaching experience to Monroe.

Mike Mischler
Now that Monroe has its own lacrosse program, Mike brought his coaching experience and his two boys from East Brunswick Blackhawks to the Monroe Falcons.

Pete Klaskin
Pete has coached lacrosse for the East Brunswick Blackhawks. Now, Pete's two boys are playing in the Monroe program. Pete also coaches boys Monroe travel soccer.
