Registration Forms for Old Allegheny Soccer are available online. We do not yet accept payments online (as it would be an additional fee), but you can now open the forms in either Microsoft Word or as an Adobe pdf file. Please click on either of the links below for the version of the form that works for you. If you do not have Word or Adobe Reader, you can download a free version of Adobe Acrobat Reader at www.adobe.com.
Simply complete the form, mail it (and your payment) to Old Allegheny Soccer, c/o Dave Wilson, 3102 Norwood Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15214.
