Marty “Da Hammer” Crownhart #15

Position: 1B/RF

Last Year in the League:

Finished the regular season with a .419 average after a 1-12 start. Led the Outlaws in hitting in the playoffs with a .667 average.

Little known "factoid":

Blames the Mitchell report for his dropoff in homeruns. Spent the Winter in Tijuana looking for his stroke. Became a father just before the championship last year. Came to Game Three still wearing the surgical gown.

Rob “RJ” Collins #3

Age: 31
Position: IF/P
Bats/Throws: Right/Right

Last Year in the League:

Led the league and team with a .533 average. Led the league in RBI with 16. Hit .588 in the playoffs while driving in 5 runs. Named (Unofficial and by himself at the bar afterwards) MVP of the All-Star game going 2-3 with Home Run and 3 RBI.

Little known “Factoid”:

Can drive 90 mph and still change into his uniform, but doesn’t encourage others to try it. Also made the last out in the first inning of a game while he was still driving to the park.

Last Year in the League:

Batted .167 for the season with the Outlaws. Showed promise by going 2 for 2 in the game versus the Bay City Sturgeon on June 1, 2008 and has room to improve for 2009.

Little known “Factoid”:

Uses GPS to find home field from his house everytime and still manages to get lost. Has the largest collection of team broken bats, all but one donated by fellow teammates.

Mark "DQ" Bockhaus #33

Batted .174 in 2008; however, he was considered a tough out at the plate -only striking out once.

Little known "Factoid":

Known as "DQ" because his father would take him to the Dairy Queen if he got a hit in Little League. Name lasted through high school and Legion baseball. However doesn't even like ice cream. He's also the only guy that can get jammed hitting infield.

Returns to the team after a year sabbatical in the Himalayas where he worked as a Sherpa

Brian comes back to the league with a chip on his shoulder after not making it to Hollywood after his American Idol tryout. Almost got into a fist fight after Randy called him "Dawg" one time too many.

Hit .387 with 7 RBI and 4 runs scored. Jake was a consistent hitter in the heart of the Outlaws order and was ready and able to play multiple positions in the field.

Jake became a father this off season. The child is already shaving.

Todd Joins the Outlaws after a stellar career with the Little Chute River Bandits.

Has bet with Van Eperen over who will have the most assists this year. Feels confident he will win Because "I know I cover way more ground than that old guy does. And I can still bend."

Mike had a solid rookie campaign and finished the regular season hitting .333 with 7 runs scored and 4 RBI. Improved his hitting wiht a .444 average in the playoffs. Swiped 10 stolen bases on the year.

Little known "Factoid":

Mike won a bet with his wife by reaching double digits in stolen bases. It is rumored that he has a new car coming. Has acquired two new dark circles under his eyes as he also is a new father this year.

Hit .391 in his rookie season and showed rare speed on his 4 doubles. Graham was the Outlaws #2 pitcher and finished the regular season with a 1-1 record, 21 strikeouts, and a solid 2.55 ERA.

Little known "Factoid":

This guy threw at his own dad in a father son game. Unfortunately for Graham, his father charges the mound and was sent to his room without dinner. Looking for a big year after signing new Loreal "For Redheads Only" contract.

Brad "Role Model" Royce #9

Last Year in the League:

Brad had a great year hitting .312 and was a key cog in the bottom of the Outlaws order scoring 10 runs and finishing with 9 RBI. Brad served as the #3 pitcher for the Outlaws and finished the season with a 1-0 record. Beat the Kaukauna Islanders in game two of the championship series.

Little known "Factoid":

Brad is a pool shark in his spare time. Winning welfare checks from vagrants playing 9-ball is listed as his hobby on his Facebook page.

Last Year in the League:

Gus had an exception season and hit .379 with 9 runs scored and 5 RBI. Gus was the ace of the Outlaws pitching staff and finished with a 4-2 record. Gus threw 40 1/3 innings and notched up 51 strikeouts and a team best 2.01 ERA.

Little known "Factoid":

Gus is trying to quit smoking and is down to only 2 packs a day now. One pack before the game, one pack during the 7th inning stretch. Puts the Nicoderm patch on his tongue.

Mike "16 Hits" Pawlowski #20

Age: 30
Position: OF
Bats/Throws: Right/Right

Last Year in the League:

Mike, who was spurned from Rookie of the Year contention, hit .357 in the regular season. Mike added 12 runs, 8 stolen bases, and 6 RBI in the regular season. He played solid defense, highlighted by a put out at home versus the Appleton Cubs, and led the team in RBI's in the playoffs.


Little known "Factoid":

Mike's father taught him that the only people who put ketchup on hot dogs are mental patients, and Texans.

Last Year in the League:

A candidate for "Most Improved Player," Chuck hit .333 for the Outlaws and had 5 runs and 4 RBI. Chuck was hit by four pitches during the regular season and is looking to add to that total in 2009.

Little known "Factoid":

Chuck is the only player in NEW MSBL history to get a hit in the same game where he also unlocked a car at a grocery store 2 miles away between at bats.

Fred "5-Hole" Bocskor #19

Last Year in the League:

Fred finished second on the team with an impressive batting average of .519. Fred had 8 RBI and 6 runs scored.

Little known "Factoid":

Oh this young man has had a very trying rookie season, with the litigation, the notoriety, his subsequent deportation to Canada and that country's refusal to accept him. Also is a goalie for the Fox Cities Ice Dogs. Still trying to figure out what they mean by "stick save".

Finished in fifth place for NEW MSBL Bat Boy of the Year race; however, dominated the Badger Elementary recess stickball games.


Little known “Factoid”:

Gets mistaken for A.J. Hawk at all home Packer games. Hit .667 while playing stellar infield for Baum Machine last summer. Mastered Guitar Hero III in one day, defeated heavily favored Lou in Guitar Hero III's Battle of "The Devil Went Down to Georgia." Plans on being the best bat-boy in MSBL history!

Hudson "Toad" Cornelius #BB

Position: Bat Boy

Last Year in the League:

This will be Hudson's first year as a NEW MSBL bat boy. Hudson has volunteered to take some time away from his tee-ball career to assist the Outlaws when they play in the Green Bay region.


Little known “Factoid”:

A dominant Mario Kart player, Hudson will challenge anyone at anytime to a race. He will lay bannanas all over the track and laugh as you spin out. Hudson looks forward from learning from Jaden, who is a sure-fire Hall of Fame MSBL bat boy!
