Thank you for your interest in River City Youth Hockey!
In an attempt to streamline the registration process, we are hoping to complete as much of the paperwork as possible prior to the actual registration meeting. USA Hockey Registration and the River City Youth Hockey Registration will be done online, while additional needed forms will be provided on our website for you to print, read, complete, sign and bring to the registration meeting. We understand this is a big change from what we have done in the past so please be patient with us.
Registration is open at this time. The deadline for registration is September 24.

Registration Dates
Sunday, September 20 at 4:00pm
Thursday, September 24 at 6:30pm
Registration will take place at the Southside Neighborhood Center located at 1300 6th Street South, La Crosse.
There is a mandatory parent meeting/orientation immediately following the registration. Please bring all required forms to registration. A checklist is provided further on this page.

Mite Program
This is a full ice program offered through River City focusing on the "Fun and Fundamentals of Youth Hockey"
Age: 6-8 years old (6 by September 1)
Practice Times Mon & Thurs 5:45pm-6:45pm & games on weekends
Requirements: 1 year of cross-ice required
Equipment: Will be provided for Mites except sticks and skates
Mite Program Cost - $40 (USA Hockey Fee)
Start Date: Monday, October 19, 2009

Please refer to the age classification chart to make sure your player gets registered for the correct age group. (mite, squirt, pee wee, bantam)

* Mite level - please refer to info above on "Mite Program" for skater fees. However, you will still need to read, sign and complete the required registration forms listed at the bottom of this page.
** USA Hockey fee $30 and Affiliation fee $10 should be paid prior to RCYH registration for each player.
Service Hours - $250
All families are required to complete 25 service hours during the season. (Mites excluded)
A deposit check post dated to March 30, 2010 is required at registration. If you complete all of your service hours the check will not be cashed. If you choose to buy out this responsibility, please let them know at registration.
Raffle Ticket Fundraiser - $250
All families are required to help with fundraising by selling 25, $10 raffle tickets during the season. (Mites excluded)
A deposit check is also required at the time of registration. If you sell all of your tickets the check will not be cashed. If you choose to buy out this responsibility, please let them know at registration.

Jersey Sizes
Mite and Squirt jersey sizes are listed as youth sizes on the RCYH registration form. Pee Wee and Bantam jersey sizes are listed as adult sizes on the RCYH registration form.

Please read, complete, and bring to registration the forms listed below. These forms can be found under "Online Forms" located on the left menu bar.
- USA Hockey registration confirmation
- Confirmation of RCYH online registration
- Participant Code of Conduct form
- Waiver of Liability form
- Parent Orientation/Zero Tolerance form
- Consent to Treat form
- Invoice/Registration letter (received by email from RCYH prior to registration)
- Checkbook (checks used for payment/holding must belong to parent/guardian of player)
