The Rider University Baseball Club Hall of Fame
    Ari Bluestein
"The Godfather" of RUBC is credited with starting the program. The Club Baseball's first President and Ari showed awesome leadership. An excellent pitcher with great stuff, a real bruiser out on the field as a utility player. Ari did it all with a mind-set unlike any other. Blue as many refer to him, will sorely be missed, but not just for his baseball abilities but for his leadership, knowledge, and dedication to Rider Club Baseball.

    Andrew Infante
The "Godfather Part 2" of RUBC. Drew followed in Ari's footsteps and helped take the program above and beyond. His excellent leadership skills helped make him a great team motivator and successor to the founder of the program. His hard work on the executive board was not the only place he worked hard, but on the field as well. Infante never backed down from any challenge, whether it was a lefties curveball, a few thirties, or a ball hit in the gapper, he always seemed to make the plays. Notably the most consistent individual on the team and possibly one of the most clutch players, His attitude, personality and skills are what this club will sorely miss most about Andrew.

    Kevin Malinowski
Was the third President of RUBC and was a beast behind the plate for his four years of service. Mostly referred to as "Hips," Kevin made his career at RUBC memorable with plays such as his first ever career home run against Atlantic Cape Comm College in his hometown at his high school's baseball field to his first time pitching since little leage at sacred heart where he struck a batter out to making diving catches behind the plate at Rider University in its 2nd ever home contest to learning to play every and all positions possible (2nd, 3rd, LF, RF, P, C). He sacrificed all he could for this team and program and never let any frustrations get in the way of his uplifting spirit for the team. His motto was team first and he exemplified that in all his years including his senior year as he took a limited role and decided to focus all attention on the betterment of the team especially the defense. He believes and always will believe that this team has the ability to win every game they play as long as they put in the effort and for this leadership, he will be missed.

    Buddy Van Nostrand
Buddy was another unsung hero on the team. Regarded as one of the most reliable players the club had, Buddy was a pitchers worst nightmare. He constantly made them pay with his brute force and recorded at least 3 home runs in his career. His ability to pick balls at first as well as lay out for line drives at third really helped jolt the team. Buddy also seemed to bring some of the only crowd that the team had and this is where Buddy will be missed a ton. His family always came to the games bearing food for the team, which was vital in the double headers. Good ol fashion chilled peanut butter and jelly sandwhiches and snacks are what will always remeber about Buddy!

    Sean O'Connell
With a comical personality unlike anyone anybodys ever knew, Sean was a sure laugh. A crafty lefty on the mound that didn't give in to any team and baffled hitters as well as his own teammates! Sean will be greatly missed for his radar breaking pitching and his Alex Rodriguez bat warming motion!

    Mike Caputo
A Co-Founder of the Club Baseball Program, helped the team in many ways. His positive attitude helped keep the team motivated. Caputo worked hard everytime he stepped on the field and had a great senior year, while playing the outfield. His positive attitude will be the hardest thing to replace on the team ad for that he will be missed.

    Mike Weber
Mr. Bunt! Webs was a very good bunter and with his excellent speed, made alot of things happen. He may not have always had the best base running knowledge, but there was never a moment when Mike didn't give it 100%. His loyalty to his teamates and compassion for the game are the two characteristics this club will deeply miss.

    Tim Swavely
Mr. Base-Stealer himelf. Tim stole so many bases we loss track of the numbers! A great shortstop with tremendous speed. Was quite known for turning bunts into hits due to his quick speed. Tim will be missed for his speed and shortstop abilities.

    Scott Marino
Scotty not too hotty was a great asset to the team. His profound knowledge of the game of baseball made him a well seeked advice giver. Scotty always gave it his best out on the field no matter the effects from the previous night. I dont think the club will be missing too much about Scotty except his party habits and sheer love for sports!

    Justin Cocliff
An amazing leader, hard-working individual, who could play any position. He is most noted for his ability to face plant as well as his amazing stretching ability at 1st base. Late in his career, Cocliff developed some pitching techniques he didn't know he had...A 12 to 6 knuckleball!

    Paul Harding
A great 2nd and 3rd basemen, who made black eye paint popular. Was a great leader and role model to the underclassmen. Stepped up during needed times and always seemed to be Mr. Clutch.

    Eddy Kosek
A funny, comical personality helped make him one of the craziest players to participate yet. A real ballplayer who conquered all infield positions and was Commander in Chief patrolling the outfield.
