General Info for Travel Softball Program

See information on main bulletin board regarding the remaining tryouts. We will be asking the girls to make 2 out of the 3 tryouts. If you missed tryouts the weekend of March 21 then you will not be able to make a team.
We will have 2 teams at the U-10 age group, 2 teams at the U-12 age group and 1 team at the U-14 age group.
All teams will play in the Del-Val Youth Softball league against other teams from Delaware County. The season starts the weekend of April 18-19 with the pre-season tournament and will finish the weekend of July 17-19 with the end of season tournament. Participation in these tournaments are up to each team and not mandatory. Playoffs for the season will end in the first or second week of July depending on how well your team does.
The teams will be on the field 2-3 days a week either practicing or playing games. There are some weekend practices and/or games which will be discussed when the schedule comes out in April.
If you have any other questions or concerns we will be happy to discuss them with you at tryouts.
One final note is the $40 travel fee needs to be paid before your child will be issued her uniform after she makes a team.
