All-Star Voting
All Divisions

Only the Head Coach may attend the All-Star Draft.  If Head Coach is unable to be at voting, prior arrangements must be made with the Division Director and President only.

Teams will consist of a minimum of twelve (12) and a maximum of fifteen (15)

1)      First place Head Coach shall be All-Star head coach.  If he/she declines it will be offered to 2^nd place and down the rankings till accepted

2)      Once Head Coach is selected he/she will chose one (1) Assistant coach (2 for the Shetland Division) and one (1) Business Manager.

3)      Players shall be nominated by all head coaches.  Only players nominated shall be considered for selection.

4)      Each coach shall be given five (5) minutes to talk about those they nominated.

5)      After each coach has talked about those nominated the head coach selected as the All-Star coach shall take up to six (6) players of his choice. These players will be listed on the All-Star team.

6)      The coaches will then be given five (5) minutes each to discuss the remaining players. After discussion is closed the coaches will be given a ballot to vote for eight (8) to six (6) players depending on the number left in the nomination pool.

7)      The votes will be tallied and player receiving 100% of all the coaches’ votes will be placed on the All-Star team.

8)      Repeat Steps 4, 5, 6 if number of player slots is not filled.

9)      The votes will be tallied and any player receiving 90% of all the coaches’ votes will be placed on the All-Star team.

10)   Repeat Steps 4, 5, 6 if number of player slots is not filled.

11)   The votes will be tallied and any player receiving 70% of all the coaches’ votes will be placed on the All-Star team.

12)   Repeat Steps 4, 5, 6 if number of player slots is not filled.

13)   The votes will be tallied and any player receiving 60% of all the coaches’ votes will be placed on the All-Star team.

14)   Repeat Steps 4, 5, 6 if number of player slots is not filled.

15)   The votes will be tallied and any player receiving 50% of all the coaches’ votes will be placed on the All-Star team.

16)  If all slots are not filled by this vote the voting shall continue with the 50% minimum requirement.
