WHAT SIZE STICK SHOULD I USE?
Put the round part of the stick under your armpit. The top part of the handle should hit your kneecap--one inch below your kneecap AT MOST. Playing with too big of a stick makes your drives fly up in the air and makes it tougher to dribble. If you're ordering online, just measure the distance from your armpit to the middle of your kneecap, in inches. Someone 5'4 generally plays with a 34.5 or 35 inch stick.
You can always borrow a stick! Don't let this prevent you from playing!
WHAT IF I'M LEFT HANDED?
There are no left-handed sticks, but you're at an advantage because your left hand is the controlling hand anyways.
WHAT OTHER EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
A couple molded mouthguards, shinguards, cleats, and running shoes.
