1. When does the Spring 2013 Season Start/End?

? The Spring Season Starts with Player Evaluation January 12th

? Team Pre-Season Practices starts January 19th and ends February 28th
|
|
? Opening Night Ceremonies will be Friday March 1st
|
|
? 1st Game is Schedule for Saturday March 2nd
|
|
? The Season will end Mid May
|
2. When are games played?
? All Division plays two games per week as follows:
? Tee Ball – one game on Tuesdays and one game early Saturday
? A-Ball - one game Monday, Wednesday or Thursday and one game mid to late afternoon on Saturdays
? AA - one game on Tuesday or Thursday and one game early on Saturdays
? AAA - one game Mondays or Wednesdays and one game Mid to Late Afternoon on Saturday
? O'zone/Majors - one game Monday, Wednesday or Thursday and one game mid afternoon to late evening Saturday
? Seniors Boys - one game Monday, Tuesday or Thursday and one game mid to late Saturdays
? Softball Sweetees - one game Monday or Wednesday and one game in the morning on Saturday
? Softball Darlings - one game Monday or Wednesday and one game mid-afternoon on Saturday
? Softball Angels - one game Tuesday or Thursday and one game mid-afternoon on
Saturday
? Softball Ponytails/Belles - one game Tuesday or Thursday and one game late-afternoon on Saturday
3. When are practices?
? All Division will practice two times per week before game starts, on Jan 19th as follows:
? Tball - one practice Tuesday or Thursday and one practice on early Saturdays
? A-Ball - one practice Monday, Wednesday or Thursday and one Practice mid afternoon on Saturdays
? AA - one practice on Tuesday or Thursday and one practice early on Saturdays
? AAA - one practice Mondays or Wednesday and one practice Mid to late on Saturday
? O'zone/Majors - one practice Monday, Wednesday or Thursday and one practice Mid to late Saturday

NOTE: in addition a batting cage night will be assigned to MOST divisions
4. What equipment will players need?
? All players will need a glove, bat, cleats, and are required to have a helmet with face
mask and chin strap. Any baseball player who plays as a catcher will need to wear a cup.
5. What do registration fee pays for?
? Registration fee pays for uniforms, equipment, game ball, insurance, umpires, field lights and other expenses
6. Do players receive trophies in the season?
? Yes Participation Trophy, for all players and Division Champion Trophy
7. What uniforms are provided to the players during the season?
? In the Fall Season we provide shirts and hat/visor.
8. What division can I register my son/daughter to play in?
? You can only register your son/daughter on his or her league age division, see age chart for
division selection. No player is allowed to play up or down a Division.
9. Can I request a specific coach or team because of…?
? Due to the number of participants/teams; we are not able to honor specific requests, other
than to accommodate siblings on the same team.
10. What is the WCAABaseball & Softball Refund Policy?
? There will be a $30.00 administrative refund fee for all refunds requested before registration
ends. Any refund requested after the registration ends there will be a $50.00 administrative
refund fee. No refunds are issued once the player's uniform has been ordered.
