Game Report Procedures

The preferred method for reporting your game results is to use the game report form in the online forms section of the menu.

You may go there directly by clicking H E R E.

1. Home team coaches are responsible for completing a game report for each home game.
2. Print out copies of the form from the Rules Page of the WMYLC website.
3. For each home game and before the game, complete the top section of the form for the specific game to be played.
4. At each home game field site, have a copy of the report form for that game available for the officials to sign in at your home game.    Since there may be many officials from many different officials associations, it is important to get the officials to sign in as proof of their attendance at  your game.
5. After the game, complete the remainder of the form. Key things that MUST be reported:
- Teams participating
- Game final score
- Location, date, time of the game
- Any unusual occurrences
- Performance and behavior of the officials
- Behavior of the other coach
- Any game delays due to spectator behavior (get the details from the sideline managers, record names of those involved)
- All Unsportsmanlike conduct penalties, (who the penalty was on and what happened- get the details from the score book,    record names of those involved)
- Any ejections (who the ejection was on and what happened- get the details from the score book, record names of those involved)
- Any fights (who was involved and what happened- get the details from the score book, the officials and the sideline managers)
- Any lightning, thunder, or other game suspension occurrences
6. If the information is too lengthy to hand write, download the game report as a word file and enter the information electronically. If that method is chosen, e-mail the completed report to: info@wmylc.org
