All new and returning coaches must fill out a volunteer application,
and provide us w/ a copy of your drivers license and coaches certification.
All New coaches must be certified.

You must be certified to be in the dugout or on the field!
You MUST also be fingerprinted as per Franklin Boro Ordinance.
There are changes to the fingerprint procedure this year.
It's actually not that complicated!!!
1. You must obtain a form from either Madi or
the Franklin PD (form is not available on line)
2. You must schedule & pay online (website is on the form)
3. Fingerprints are now done in Sparta--address is online--follow their instructions.
4. Return to Madi (by mail or in person) the form w/ attached receipt.
This is the leagues proof that you have been fingerprinted.
If you are due to be fingerprinted and do not get fingerprinted you WILL NOT coach.
Returning coaches will be notified by email that they must be fingerprinted.
Fingerprints are good for 3 years-so if you were
fingerprinted in the past 2 years for WVLL you do not
need to get fingerprinted this year.
All coaches must be certified & fingerprinted.
