ALBURTIS TIGERS BASEBALL AND SOFTBALL

1. All Coaches must complete the background check BEFORE being placed on a team to coach.
2. Clearances are valid for five (5) years from the date of issue 
3. When applying for background checks use "Alburtis Area Community Center" as the organization and "610-966-2954" as the phone number for the organization.
4. The following documents must be turned in to have the background check considered and approved:

• Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance
• Pennsylvania State Police Criminal History Clearance
• FBI Criminal History Clearance
• If you've been a resident of PA for the past 10 years you can submit a Disclosure Statement for Volunteers in lieu of the FBI Criminal History Clearance
