Mark and I would like to express our sincere thank you for honoring our request for an early try out for Annie. Not only did you allow her an early try out but you ALL provided her with support and confidence!
Mike thank you so much for all your time and hard work (the weather made it a bit of a challenge) to make the try out happen and for the reassuring smiles Annie saw on your face when she met you and during the try out.
Sharon, Tom, and Rick (Hannah and Mckayla too) after running a two hour practice and having a party to get to for you all to stay and offer your support and help leaves us speechless!
The Amwell Attitude saying “we work harder” applies across the board in everything the organization does especially when it comes to providing their players with the skills they need to succeed and providing them with the knowledge that they will always have a soft place to land in each and everyone of their coaches.

Just a quick thanks to the amazing Amwell coaches for another wonderful job of preparing the girls to be champions! I just want to take a minute to thank everyone involved with this great team and i mean TEAM ,this is the greatest example of what a team should be the way they fight, care and show overall love for one another from the coaches to the parents and of course the amazing core of girls that have made this summer so memorable. The choice to come to Amwell was made last summer after a talk I had with Rich Miller and Lexi has never been happier in softball than she is when she is around the 9 other leaders that this team possesses,so in saying that lets go out with a bang on our home fields next weekend.

Just to add to below......we want to thank EVERYONE (players, coaches and parents at all levels). Although we don't know everyone at all levels, there was never a moment that we didn't feel welcome coming to the 10U team from Ewing. The decision to play in Amwell was the best decision we could have made for Amena, Amwell runs a fabulous program! I have never seen Amena more confident and happy while playing the game of softball!!
Lastly....this goes out to the 10U coaches...the 3 of you truly built a wonderful team this season!! What a great group of girls that had so much fun playing together. Thank you for your dedication and for making this a truly memorable summer for us!!

Also, I have to tell you what a FABULOUS experience Catherine has been having as a part of this team. Her confidence is high and she seems to be improving at every practice. The girls are great and all get along so nicely. We SO appreciate the opportunity you have given her to be a part of the Attitude! We look forward to the season in front of us!

Just wanted to send you a note. Patty and I are extremely thankful for you, as well as Donnie, Thyra, Jeff and all the other coach's dedication to the girls, and the Amwell Attitude organization. This is by far the finest organization and group of coaches I've ever been affiliated with. You guys ROCK!!! Your commitment to teaching and patience with the girls is truly amazing. I am so thankful that you gave Sam a chance two years ago. She has not only learned to play the game of softball better, but through you and the other coach’s examples, she has learned teamwork, sportsmanship, and lessons in life. She is a better person because of you and our coaches, and as she grows older, the lessons you have taught her will benefit her in adulthood. I cannot thank you enough for that. Winning is one thing but to teach girls that there is more to life than winning is another thing. This is what you and the other coaches have accomplished! Your careful consideration, kindness, and desire to make each and every girl successful as not only a softball player but as a person is a tremendous gift that you have.

Your team looked very sharp today. They were seeing and hitting the ball well, aggressive on the bags(always looking to take the extra base), and really just seem to be the nicest group of young ladies. I have seem many mission statements before and just read the Amwell Attitude mission statement. It is very evident that what you believe as coaches is demonstrated through your players on the diamond, in the dugout and even in between games. You have an impressive organization and that is direct representation of you as their coach. You're the most positive softball coach I have seen and hopefully I can be as successful as you one day. No words can express how appreciative we are to all of your hard work, dedication, commitment, and passion you have provided to Nicole. This is an amazing organization – and we are very grateful of the opportunity we have had to meet and work with everyone – coaches, players, parents – and grandparents.
One of the most important things that distinguishes Amwell Attitude from many other organizations – is you remember that our girls are still children – and with that you support the basic concept of having “fun”. We feel this is one of the main reasons everyone works so well together – it is not work – it is enjoyment. It is getting together to do your best and support each other. You have to look in the mirror as to why Meghan and Jess have come so far in such a short amount of time. The constant teaching of the game along with your sharing for the love of the game is why my two girls have progressed so far. I can only shake my head at how well you and your staff have made each girl on the team a better player who truly loves playing the game of softball. You have been so wonderful to Kim. You have no idea how indebted we are to you for all you have done for her - for her playing, her self-confidence and her emotional development at this critical time of her life. You, Donny, Thyra and Jeff have had such an influence on her. We can't thank you enough. We say constantly how happy we are that we got that phone call a year ago asking her to try out, not having any idea at the time what growth in her it would encourage or what a positive influence this experience would be to her. This past year was just awesome.

Thank you for all the extra time you spent with Casey yesterday. It was amazing for me to watch. She is improving so much and her confidence is soaring. As parents, we always have our children's best interests at heart. It was very heartwarming to see a group of coaches circle around her and share their talents with her.
