CBSA Cane Creek Park Rules - All Divisions

  1. All coaches, players, parents, and spectators are expected to abide by the “Zero Tolerance” policy.
  2. If a parent or spectator is not abiding by the “Zero Tolerance” policy, then the umpire will instruct the head coach to give a warning to that parent or spectator.  If that same parent or spectator continues with this behavior, then the umpire will instruct the head coach to ask that parent or spectator to leave the park property immediately.  Failure by this person to leave the park property within 3 minutes will result in a forfeit by the team associated with this person.  (This rule applies to all players and coaches as well.)
  3. Umpires will communicate only with the head coach during the game regarding questions or situations that occur.
  4. Maximum runs to be scored per half inning will be 7 runs. 
  5. If the 6 innings in regulation have not been completed, then a new inning will begin if the time clock has not reached zero/00.
  6. When the game is over, game balls should be turned back into the umpire
  7. Coaches of the early game must get the equipment bags from the top concession stand, and coaches of the late game must return the equipment bags to the top concession stand.
  8. The last team at the field should turn the field lights off. On top fields, check with concessions before turning off field lights.
  9. NSA Rule 3 Section 6 - Catcher Equipment:  It is mandatory for the catcher to wear full catcher gear - catcher’s helmet, chest protector, and shin guards.
  10. Reminder to team moms/coaches - Players will receive a popsicle after each game. Lower fields 7 &  8 may pick up popsicles at lower concessions, with upper fields 5 & 6 using upper concessions.
  11. Note: Rainouts will be posted on the website by 3:00pm when possible.
