All coaches must be dedicated to the TEAM. It is understood and appreciated that parent coaches are concerned with their own children but it is expected that coaches will give equal treatment to all team members.

Coaches for the Golden Eagles may only obtain their IKWF/USAW Coach's Card through the Golden Eagles. Coaches who get their coach's cards through other means must first be approved by the Board to coach for the Golden Eagles.

Background Check
IKWF rules stipulate that all coaches MUST submit to a background check. More information on becoming a coach is available directly from the IKWF. www.ikwf.org
All coaches must have bronze level certification on USA Wrestling.
