We use our available funds to pay for playing equipment, softballs, uniforms, trophies, insurance, advertising, umpire fees, field maintenance (we pay to maintain our fields), etc.. Registration fees alone do not cover the expenses necessary to maintain our organization.
To avoid raising registration fees and to help improve our facilities, we ask that everyone participate in one or more of our many fundraisers. Some fundraisers, like our Glory Days Grill Dining for Dollars, are surprisingly easy. The Dining for Dollars program only requires bringing your eat-in or carry-out receipt back to your coach. Below are some of our current fundraising activities. Thanks for helping support our girls and making Havenwood Girls Softball a better place to play...

|.Wanted - Team Sponsors and Donors for the 2017 Season
We are trying to put the community back into our community girls' softball program and we need your help. If you own a business or know someone that owns a business, please print out the attached sponsorship letter or direct them to our web page. We need everyone to get the word out to meet our goals for the upcoming season.
Our program is trying to move forward, but to do so we need to increase our revenue to upgrade equipment, fields and to offer additional opportunities for our girls. Over the past few years, we offered Fall Instructional Softball, Free Pitching Clinics and an Eight Week Indoor Winter Clinic. Continuing with our community theme, we also re-established our Havenwood Scholarship Program to give back to one or two of our college bound players, each year. We have steadily replenished our equipment and replaced old equipment. This allows us to loan equipment to some of our players instead of forcing them to purchase their own, thereby giving more girls an opportunity to be able to afford to participate.
We can not do this alone. If everyone can help get the word out, that Havenwood is looking for support from businesses and members of our community, we stand a better chance at meeting our goals and making Havenwood Community Girls Softball a better place for our girls.
