Kent Recreation runs both a men's slowpitch softball league and a coed slowpitch softball league at Huestis Park in Kent, New York.  League specific info can be found below.

Kent Recreation Men's Slowpitch Softball Info

Spring/Summer League (see registration form for team fee)
- Runs from May into August.
- Games are played on weekday evenings only.
- Usually features 7 to 10 teams, no divisions.
- All teams are guaranteed 1 to 2 games per week.
- Playoff format is usually double-elimination.
- League fees are paid per team.
- Winning team receives custom design team sweatshirts.

Fall League (see registration form for team fee)
- Runs from September into November.
- Games are played on Sunday mornings/early afternoons only.
- Usually features 10 to 13 teams, sometimes with divisions.
- All teams play double-headers on most if not all Sundays.
- Playoff format is usually single-elimination.
- League fees are paid per team.
- Winning team receives custom design team sweatshirts.

Kent Recreation Coed Slowpitch Softball Info

This league for both males and females, 18 and older, runs from late June into late September.  Games are played on Saturday's only and teams generally have a double-header each Saturday.  For more information contact the Kent Recreation office by clicking on "Contact Info" in the left-hand side bar.

Cancellation Information

In the event of cancellations due to unplayable field conditions we will usually update this website and our facebook page (see sidebar for link).  Because some cancellations come later in the day and after office hours and we cannot always update our websites, capitans will be called in the event of cancellations and should disseminate that information to their teammates.  Players can also call the Kent Recreation office at (845)-531-2100 for cancellation updates even after office hours.
