LaVale Athletic Association's girl's softball program is affiliated with the national Amateur Softball Association (ASA).  

 

LaVale Softball conducts a spring season for girls ages 5 to 17.  Registrations are conducted between January and February.  Practices begin in April.  Games are played May and June.  Holly Ave (AKA Sheehan Field) is used for home games and practices.

 

LaVale Softball has registration boundaries as part of the Mountain Softball Association (MSA), which coordinates Leagues in LaVale, Cumberland, Cresaptown (PVAA), BiState (Frankfort area), Keyser, Frostburg, Hyndman, and Georges Creek.  Players must play where they live or where they attend school to respect & support neighboring Leagues. 

 

LaVale Softball is 100% volunteer-run. Volunteers are critical to the success of our program and the development of our players. We need volunteers all the time!
