Nous avons le plaisir de vous annoncer que notre association a été choisie l’association de l’année 2016.  En effet, l’association des Tigers du Lac St-Louis a reçu le trophée Richard Bélec remis à l’organisation de l’année sur le plan administratif.  Nous voudrions remercier tous ceux qui de près et de loin ont participé à cette réussite.  

Voici quelques faits marquants administratifs pour la saison 2016.  Nous avons intégré 4 équipes moustiques AA, nous sommes l’association avec le plus d’équipes dans la LBICM avec 10, nous tenons annuellement une journée Tigers, nous avons reçu les séries dans la catégorie Bantam…

On September 10, 2016 at the All Star games, the LBICM revealed the winners of various annual honors.

We have the pleasure to announce that our association won the association of the year honor.  Indeed, the Lac St-Louis Tigers association received the Richard Bélec trophy awarded to the administrative organization of the year 2016.  We would like to thank everyone who participated in this success.

Here are some key administrative achievements for the 2016 season: we integrated 4 Mosquito AA teams, we are the association with the most teams in the LBICM (10 teams total), we held another successful Tigers day, we hosted the playoffs in the Bantam category…

-Connor Hanley-Hodge was also a FINALIST for PeeWee AA Player of the Year in all of Québec. Congrats Connor!!!

The Tigers Midget girls are first-ever champions of the newly-created Midget girls division of the LBICM, Quebec’s first experiment with an interregional girls baseball league. The girls took the lead in the best-of-five series final with a spectacular, come-from-behind win in the 7th inning of game 1, to then lose two other one-run nail-biters. The Tigers offense would ultimately prevail, as the girls took game 4 on the road by a 12-9 score before closing decisively 13-3 at Lake Park. Congratulations to coach Anthony Haddad and to all the girls who made girls baseball history in Quebec.
