Becoming a member of Mid-State Youth Football League is an uncomplicated process. Communities and organization wishing to become a league member must do the following:

(A) Contact our League Membership Committee by contacting President, Ron Downing at (615) 415.7904

(B) Complete the forms included in the packet.

(C) Provide copies of your organizational documents (bylaws, list of Board members) as
outlined in the packet.

(D) Meet with the League membership Committee for the review of your
application to become a league member.

(E) Attend a league Board of Directors meeting to formalize your request
for membership.

Applications for league membership are accepted November thru April for the upcoming season.
