Thank you for selecting the Best Western Plus for your tournament. Attached is the group rooms agreement for Ballin at the Beach. We have blocked off 15 rooms for 2 nights for arrival Friday May 27, 2016. All rooms are suites with a king bed and have a pull-out sofa bed. A microwave and refrigerator is in every room. The group rate is $109 and includes a complimentary HOT breakfast buffet from6AM to 10AM each morning.
Please have your individuals call (251) 625-6260 and ask for the Ballin at the Beach room block to make their reservations. Please have your individuals call before the cut-off date of Tuesday, May 24th to insure they get a room at the group rate.
