Union City Soccer Club, INC. has been clasiffied as a 501(c)(3)Public Charity which holds TAX EXEMPT Status with both the Federal Internal Revenue Service and the State of California Franchise Tax Board.

Union City Soccer Club has been created for the purpose of providing our community members, youth and adults of all ages an environment free of violence, gangs and drugs to share in their love for Soccer be it full sided, small sided, indoor or sand we will also provide technical training and support for those individuals who aspire to pursue competitive or college levels of play . It will instill the value of continued and higher education, the importance of nutritional and physical health without prejudice to one’s age, race, color, gender, religion, national origin or economical milieu.

UCSC SOCCER CLUB has a mission to educate and expand the horizons of every player that joins our club. We believe that a strong foundation is the key to success. With this we implore our players and families to take part in the development of each member to its fullest by building a family style relationship within the club instead of creating a business. Along with building the Club we also see the need to build the community around us. UCSC SOCCER strives to keep our City Youth off the street and back on the field. We have provided a safe environment for our community to come out and get healthy free of Drugs, Gangs and Violence. The Staff is completely volunteer no one is paid any monetary reward for their time, hard work and dedication to these kids. We all find a greater reward when they return to us as young adults wanting to give back! We offer discounts and payment plans for low income families. Provide equipment needed for players who are without. We offer community service jobs so local high school students and at risk youth obtain job skills and learn what giving back is about plus keeping them off the streets. We will hold fundraising events so we can help a larger number of families and provide scholarships to the local schools and colleges to offset there cost to keep the programs going. We offer high level of technical training and tutoring when members need it. We assist families to locate assistance for food or medical services and provide translation when needed at not extra cost. We will offer a class for 4-8 year olds to keep them healthy and active. Our goal is to find sponsors from our community to help offset our fees incurred to keep Union City Soccer Club’s programs running.
