Dear Community Partner, 

My name is Andrea D’Amico and I’d like to take the time to introduce myself as a board member and specifically the League Sponsorship Director for Westside Baseball of Oak Lawn for the second year in a row. Westside Baseball is located at 9440 S. Oak Park Avenue, was established in 1962 and is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization which focuses on the fundamentals of baseball while teaching good sportsmanship. Westside is composed of about 400 children, ranging in ages from 4-14 years old. Many families that participate at Westside live in Oak Lawn and there are many children who play baseball at Westside that reside in several bordering communities. 

Westside Baseball is always looking to improve the grounds and facility at which our 5 fields are located; but the upkeep is intense. There are always repairs that need to be made; some which are anticipated and there are always the unforeseen expenses too. Specifically for 2016, we are looking to improve upon our outdoor batting cage which is need of repair. In addition, each season there are field maintenance supplies that must be purchased along with financial upkeep such as uniforms, equipment and insurance to purchase in order to maintain the league. 

With that said Westside operates and relies heavily on personal and business sponsorships so that we may continue to serve the children of Oak Lawn and surrounding communities. What I am requesting on behalf of Westside is that you take the time to read our attached sponsorship options and consider supporting Westside Baseball for the 2016 season with a tax-deductible sponsorship. Please know that your generous sponsorship benefits our league greatly in many ways.
