Q. When are the tryouts?
Q. How long have the Clovis Bullets been around?
A. 23 years and counting!
Q. How long is the season?
A. The All Star season starts at the beginning of May and runs through Mid July. When the Bullets qualify for the National Championships once again, that tournament is typically the last week in July.
Q. What are the costs?
A. Somewhere in the $450 to $500 range and includes six tournaments (most are local), full uniforms, equipment, and a lifetime of great friendships!
Q. What happened to all the teams represented by the Clovis Bullets, Clovis North Patriots, Clovis West Flash, Clovis Lady Cougars, and the Clovis East Outlaws?
A. The boards of the Bullets, Patrtiots and Flash merged together and voted to maintain the name Clovis Bullets. The South is made up of the Clovis Lady Cougars and the Clovis East Outlaws. The Southern district voted to create new identities and now are know as the Central Valley Intensity.
Q. How does my daughter become part of either of these All-Star teams?
A.
Show up for tryouts at the Buchanan Complex on Friday May 1st and Saturday May 2nd if you're part of the Northern District and head to Clovis High softball fields if you part of the Southern District. Visit this website often for further update. Head to www.centralvalleyintensity.com for more information on the Southern District players in the CUSD areas supporinting Clovis High and Clovis East High Schools.
