Registration Information
Fall Registration Starts September 8th and 9th
Please Drop by the gym on or before thses dates to register for Fall teams and Programs
The Staff at CSA is VERY excited to announce our newest teams at CSA!
We are expanding our teams once again to accommodate the growing needs of our athletes. Many of our members have been with us since the beginning so we have added programs so that our CSA Family can cheer together for as long as our athletes choose to cheer!
At Champion Spirit Athletics we accommodate every need of our members. Our Team levels are determined in the fall and we guarantee that EVERYONE is placed on a team suitable for their age and ability. At CSA we also guarantee that we can provide a fun and challenging environment for your athlete .
Remember there is not a tryout process; all athletes will be placed on a team. Our team placement process is Stress Free and is run like a regular team practice.

• Senior • 12 - 18 yrs as of May 31, 2009 • Female/Male • 5 - 36 members
• International Open All-Girl/Co-ed • 14 yrs & older as of August 31, 2009 • No Males • 5 - 24 members

Dance Programs

The age of the competitor as of August 31, 2009 will be the age used for competition purposes throughout the 2009-2010 season for all divisions.
Exception: The cut-off date for the maximum age of the Senior Teams (18) will remain May 31, 2009 for the 2009-10 season.
For the 2010-11 competition season, it will change to August 31st.

Registration Event
Champion Spirit Athletics Is Pleased to Announce that our 5th annual Registration Event will take place on the following dates.
Fall Registration Dates
Athletes only need to attend one of the registration dates.
We will be having regularly sheduled practices on All registration Days.
• Tuesday September 8th - 6:00-9:00
• Wednesday September 9th - 6:00-9:00
• Thursday September 10th - 6:00-9:00
Our Friendly and Knowledgeable staff will be on hand to show you around
Our facility and answer any and all questions you may have regarding our program.
We look forward to meeting our future members and welcoming back past members.
Please have the following provided before your first practice:
1. Completed insurance form and yearly insurance fee.
2. Medicare Card and Yearly Registration Fee
3. Post dated cheques from September till April
4. Completed waiver/registration forms.
