Champions Field House is Montgomery County’s newest recreational and fitness facility offering a variety of sports and activities, focusing on the training and development of niche market sports such as field hockey, lacrosse, volleyball, futsal, and more. Champions Field House creates a “clubhouse” environment that caters to team development and enhances the athletic experience.

Since its inception in 1998, Champions of Tomorrow has helped develop and evolve the female athlete to new levels. At C.O.T., we recognize that skill and strategy will only take you so far in today’s exceedingly competitive environment. For this reason, we have created a program that develops the complete athlete. By incorporating plyometrics and speed work coupled with the latest nutritional information and endurance training, we help to develop an athlete that has the physical and mental stamina to compete at the highest levels.

PlayHer Sports is dedicated to providing girls with opportunities to play field hockey and lacrosse through various camps, leagues, clinics, and tournaments. We are committed to providing qualified coaches and directors to run one of the most successful girls youth programs in the state. Every girl deserves a chance to play!
