DIRECTIONS TO CROSS COUNTRY & TRACK MEETS
TRACK MEET DIRECTIONS:
Heritage High School 101 American Ave. Brentwood
Take 680 north and merge onto CA-242 N via Exit 50 toward Concord / Pittsburg. Take Highway 4 to Brentwood, continue onto the Highway 4 Bypass. Go right onto Balfour Rd. Make a right onto American Ave.
School is on the right side. Turn at first stop sign for stadium parking.
Freedom High School Oakley
Take 680 north and merge onto CA-242 N via Exit 50 toward Concord/ Pittsburg. Merge onto CA-4 E via the exit on the left toward Stockton/Pittsburg. Take the CA-4 exit toward Brentwood/Stockton. Turn right onto Main St/CA-4. Turn right onto Neroly Rd. Turn left onto Empire Ave. Turn right onto Neroly Rd. Freedom High School is located at 1050 Neroly Rd.
Diablo Valley College (DVC) Pleasant Hill
Take 680 north and take the Willow Pass exit going west (left) to Contra Costa Blvd. Go right on Contra Costa Blvd. Then turn left on Viking Drive. You will see the DVC track on the right side. The parking area is on the right just past the track. Parking meters not enforced on Saturdays.
Granada High School Livermore
Take 680 to 580 East ( toward Stockton ). Take Portola exit and turn right on Murrietta. Take Murrietta to Stanley Blvd, then turn right. Turn left at first Light, which is Wall Street. Granada High School should be on your left.
Ygnacio Valley High School Concord
Take 680 North, and exit on Treat Blvd. Go east on Treat Blvd for 2.3 miles. Turn right on Oak Grove Rd, and turn right again after the shopping center to enter Ygnacio Valley High School. The track is in the stadium on the east side of campus and visible from the parking lot.
Clayton Valley High School Concord
Take 680 north and take the Ygnacio Valley Blvd Exit, turn right on Ygnacio Valley Blvd, and continue as if you are traveling to the Concord Pavilion (6.7 miles). Then turn left on Alberta Way. Clayton Valley High School will be on the right.
Diablo Vista Middle School - Danville
From 680: Exit Sycamore Road east towards Blackhawk; Sycamore turns into Camino Tassajara Road. Continue heading East passing McDonald's, and Safeway on your right. Just past Lawrence Road on your right, you will see Diablo Vista Middle School. Continue past the school, and make a right at the next light, make an immediate left into the parking lot of the track / field facility.
You can also take Crow Canyon Road towards Blackhawk, then make a right on Camino Tassajara Road.
CROSS COUNTRY MEET DIRECTIONS:
Joaquin Miller Park Oakland:
Take 680 south, 580 west towards Oakland, take the Warren Freeway, hwy 13 to Lincoln Ave/Joaquin Miller Rd.; follow up hill to Robinson Dr. Park on Joaquin Miller Rd. or parking lot in rear. Walk down to meadow. Bring water/sports drink and warm clothes as it cools toward the eve.
Oak Hill Park:
Take 680 North to Stone Valley rd. Go east toward Mt. Diablo. Go aaprox.3.5 miles. The park is next to Monte Vista H.S. You can park in the park parking area or in the high school parking lot just past the park.
Garin Park:
Take 680 south to 580 west. Take the Strobridge exit. Make a right at bottom of off ramp. Sign will say Hayward. Make a left on Castro Valley blvd. go approx. ½ mile under overpass and make a left on Foothill blvd. Follow Foothill blvd. remain in two left hand lanes. Foothill blvd. splits into Mission and Jackson St. follow Mission blvd. heading south. Go past Harder, Tennyson, make left onto Garin, a few blocks past Industrial; drive through residential area and up a steep climb to the entrance booth to Garin Park.
Shadow Cliffs:
Take 680 south and go east on 580 toward Stockton; take Santa Rita Rd. going right. Turn left onto Valley; take Valley until you go under the overpass and then take immediate left onto Stanley. Park is located on right hand side. Parking fee is $4.00
