2009 Fee Schedule
The EPW board has set the fees for the 2009/2010 season:
Flag: Ages 5,6,7 (no weight limit) - $85
*includes: game jersey and shorts (to keep), league insurance and dues, end-of-season banquet ticket, and trophy
Tiny Mite: Ages 6,7 (35 lbs-75 lbs) - $125
*includes: game uniform (jersey to keep), practice uniform, shoulder pads, helmet, 7 piece pad set, league insurance and dues, end-of-season banquet ticket, and trophy
Mitey Mite: Ages 7,8,9 (45 lbs-90 lbs) - $125
*includes: game uniform (jersey to keep), practice uniform, shoulder pads, helmet, 7 piece pad set, league insurance and dues, end-of-season banquet ticket, and trophy
Junior Pee Wee: Ages 8,9,10 (50 lbs-105 lbs) - $125
Older/Lighter: Age 11 (60 lbs-85 lbs)
*includes: game uniform (jersey to keep), practice uniform, shoulder pads, helmet, 7 piece pad set, league insurance and dues, end-of-season banquet ticket, and trophy
Pee Wee: Ages 9,10,11 (75 lbs-120 lbs) - $125
Older/Lighter: Age 12 (75 lbs-100 lbs)
*includes: game uniform (jersey to keep), practice uniform, shoulder pads, helmet, 7 piece pad set, league insurance and dues, end-of-season banquet ticket, and trophy
Cheer program: Ages 5-11 - $200
*includes: shell, skirt, briefs, socks, pom-poms, bag, hair bow, practice uniform (shirt, shorts), and shoes, league insurance and dues, end-of-season banquet ticket, and trophy
There is a $20 multiple child discount, for each child AFTER the first (example: child 1, cheer: $200, child 2, cheer: $180, child 3, cheer: $180). Registrations will run until July 11, 2009. Any registrations after July 1st will result in a $10 late fee. There will not be any refunds given after Aug 7 2009 for football and July 11 2009 for cheer, due to uniforms being ordered. Any child who does not have all their paperwork before the first day of conditioning will NOT practice.
Every child will need:
*registration forms
*registration fee
*copy of child’s birth certificate, the original NOT the one with feet prints on it (if a returning player, we have your copy on file)
*copy of the complete year-end report card (if you have moved then we will need a report card for each 6 week cycle)
*physical complete by a physician, using the PW form
