General Registration Info
We are now accepting registrations for the Youth and Middle School Boys programs. Although this may seem early for a spring sport, we need to have an idea of the number of players on the various teams in order to schedule games. Also, clinics will resume in January/February. PLEASE READ our Fees and Refund Policy for a description of registration requirements and materials including player fees and membership in US Lacrosse. Players should be registered in full by January 31, 2012.
The following items MUST accompany your registration:
1. Completed registration form.
2. Signed policy agreement.
3. Payment in full to FR Lacrosse Club for the registration fee.
4. Separate check for the volunteer fee.
* NOTE US Lacrosse membership expiration date must be AFTER June 30, 2012.
