What are the registration fees? Where does the money go?
Registration fees are determined year to year and by age. They typically increase the older the child is. Money raised through registration goes toward payment of umpires, scorekeepers, and equipment, such as balls, catcher's gear, equipment bags, concession items. FYBA does not pay for teams uniforms.

How are teams picked?
Teams are formed by the coaches through a tryout/draft process. The only exception is if the child played for that particular team the previous year. Once you are drafted to a team you belong to that team unless a)the team disbands after the season. b)the team moves up in age and a child is too young and does not wish to move up. c) the parents request their child not return to their previous team. Should any of the above happen, the child will be placed back into the draft.

Who do I contact if I have a concern?
Anything concerning FYBA baseball should first be addressed with the coach. If the coach cannot be of assistance then your next point of contact will be the league comissioner or asst. comissioner. Once again, if they cannot help, you would need to go to the Baseball Commissioner. FYBA urges you to follow this "chain of command". Contact info for each is listed under the Contacts link.
