Grapevine resident defined as follows: 1) lives in the City of Grapevine.
2) GCISD student or resident of GCISD district.
3) played rec ball in GYB (does not extend to player who joined GYB as a nonresident and has played a season or more for a GYB Select team--a player who starts in Select as a nonresident will remain a nonresident until such time that they reside in Grapevine and/or becomes a GCISD district resident/student.
