How To Register
In person registration is preferred. Office will open in June for registration for new classes starting in September. Be sure to register early to take advantage of early discounts and as not to be disappointed by full classes.

Studio Policies
- There is a $20 charge for all NSF checks received.
- All late payments are subject to 10% surcharge.
- Magic ‘N Motion Baton & Dance assumes no liability for injury to participants or theft of property.
- Full Tuition including all post-dated checks must be submitted in order to be a registered as a member of any class and to secure your spot in a class. If payment has not been received after the 2nd week of class, the student may not be permitted to participate until full payment has been received.
- There are no refunds for missing classes or late registrations. Students missing a class are encouraged to attend a make-up class. Your teacher will be able to find the class that would be the most appropriate to attend. (Make-up classes may not available during recital season: February to June)
- All students are invited to perform with their classes at our year end gala recital, however teachers have the right to remove a student from any performances should their attendace be inadequate.
- Withdrawal refunds will be issued provided written notification has been made by October 31st. There is a one month charge for all withdrawals. Refunds are not issued past the October deadline. Registration fee is non refundable.
- Magic ‘N Motion tuition fees take into account the possibility of up to three cancellations by the studio or teacher due to illness, weather conditions, competitions, etc. This does not include holidays. The studio is closed for all statutory holidays.

DISCOUNTS
Special Full Time Student Rate: (*6 or more hours weekly)
Special Full Time Family Rate: (*9 or more hours weekly)
Family Fees Magic 'N Motion offers classes with a unique family fee tuition schedule. Unlike many other studio's MNM calculates the total amount of class time by family rather than by student, offering families more savings.
Early Registration Discounts Students registering the week after our Annual Gala Recital at the beginning of June may take $20 off of their September payment. All students registering during early registration week will also be entered in a draw to receive one month of unlimited classes FREE. (restrictions apply.)
Full Payment Discount Tuition paid in full receive 5% off. Post dated checks not subject for discount.
Boys Discount Boys train at 50% discount. (discount is determined by dividing total class time in 1/2 to determine fee.)

Magic 'N Motion Referral Program

The Magic N’ Motion referral program is open to any registered student of the previous season. Magic N’ Motion has built its reputation and expanded primarily based on your positive feedback. We want to take this opportunity to thank you for your efforts and want to encourage further growth in our studio by providing a monetary thank you!!! We will offer a $10 credit towards your dance expenses for the new season for each new family that joins our club from your word of mouth.

MAGIC ‘N MOTION SUMMER CAMPS!!!
Our Campers will have will have fun! In addition, we will focus on developing performance technique and quality. Camp may include jazz, ballet, hip hop, contemporary, lyrical, baton twirling and acro. Weather of not campers have experience, they will leave camp having learned some new moves and routines and feeling great about their accomplishments.
FANTASY DANCE CAMP
(ages 5-7) 9am-4pm or ½ day option.
Beginner to Primary Level
Let your inner princess shine! With an array of music to inspire creativity and imaginations to become anything a young dancer can imagine. Now, let your very own “dancing diva”, come and share in the magic in this special camp. Using videos, stories, crafts, and dance, dancers will get to know, love and pretend to become their very favorite dancing characters.
HANNAH MONTANA DANCE CAMP
(ages 8-11) 9am – 4pm
Beginner to Junior Level
Come have fun with this exciting and energetic camp. Dancers will learn trendy and cool dances from their favorite hit songs! Dancers will also learn basics of proper dance techniques. An exciting showcase will be featured at the end of camp… You don’t want to miss out on the fun!
CAMP ROCK – JUNIOR INTENSIVE
(ages 9-12) 9am – 4pm
Experienced Junior Level Dancers
Get ready to rock and dance your hearts out! This camp is for serious junior level dancers. This one week intensive will challenge your stamina and get you into shape before the new dance season starts… Not to mention a load of new moves and amazing routines!
INTERMEDIATE & SENIOR INTENSIVE
(ages 12+) 9am – 5pm
This summer, you’ll have the chance to perform and grow in a week of the summer dance intensive camp. Each registrant along will not only learn new innovative group numbers, but will also be choreographed their very own solo, duo, or trio piece!... Get the edge this summer. Get in shape at our summer camp intensive!

FRIDAY GALA PERFORMANCE
Our Camps will have a show for parents at 5pm on Friday, the last day of their camp at a local Theatre. We encourage friends and family to come support and reward your camper’s hard work. Entry is FREE.
ATTIRE FOR CAMP
Dance attire is preferred, but shorts or comfortable clothing is acceptable for beginners. Camps please bring jazz shoes, ballet slippers and indoor runners. Second hand shoes are available at the school for purchase. Hair should be tied up securely in a pony tail for girls.
GROUP OUTING
On Thursday afternoon, the campers will be taken on a fun group outing. Info will be distributed on the first day of camp. Participation is optional.
DEPOSIT
$100 holds your spot and goes toward your camp fee. The remainder of your fee is due the first day of camp.
EARLY DROP OFF / EXTENDED STAY
We will have early drop-off and extended stay for working parents. You can arrange for drop off after 8am and pick up before 5pm. Your time request must be indicated on your registration form.
OTHER INFO
We will take several breaks per day for lunch, snacks, etc. “Fantasy & Hannah Montana” Campers will have the majority of breaks for craft time and videos. “Intensive” Campers must be prepared to work up a sweat! Please have your camper bring a healthy lunch and snack each day. A water bottle is very important each day also.
