Mana Juniors Volleyball Club Healthy Choices Program is supported by HMSA.

The Healthy Choices Program provides wellness seminars for club members free of charge. Sessions have included physical therapist Dean Kashiwabara and nutritionist Julie Anderson.

At Mana Juniors VBC, it's not just about volleyball. We promote healthy choices and community awareness in our young ladies through education, self awareness, lessons of teamwork, and family involvement.
