Mason Supervisors are your PRIMARY points of contact for any general questions / issues / comments / suggestions you have regarding Mason Knothole, league play, etc.
General questions or complaints regarding Code of Conduct issues against a Manager, team, player, parent, umpire, or other situation that requires immediate attention must be put in writing to the relevant Mason Supervisor to be heard.
Any formal game protest must be made by your team's Manager to the plate umpire by the end of the game in question.
Any player, coach or fan ejection
must be reported within 24 hours of the game incident. The team Manager must send an email to their Mason Supervisor with the MKA Umpire Coordinator on copy (
umpire@masonknothole.org). Failure to report any ejection on your team in a timely manner may result in additional suspension or loss of umpire deposit.
Supervisors will attempt to respond within 48-hours of the logged issue via email.
