Newark Soccer Club Rain-Out Policy
In case of inclement weather, be sure to call the Newark Soccer Club office at (510) 713-0756 the morning of your match(es) for recorded information regarding field closures or match cancellations. As always, if you cannot get definitive information and are not sure whether or not games are cancelled, show up for the match as you would normally ready to referee the match.

2006-2007
Congratulations to Roddy Lopez for being named Newark Soccer Club's Adult Referee of the Year. Also, Brendan Lopez and Shayla Pryor were named Male and Female Youth Referees of the Year, respectively. In addition, Brendan and Shayla have also been nominated for the District 3 Youth Developmental Program.

DISTRICT III Youth Referee Program
District III, under the direction of Teesie King, D3 Youth Referee Administrator (DYRA), has formed a group of the top 10 - 20 youth referees in D3 who are interested in developing to higher levels, including potential nominations to District, State, Regional or National Youth Referee of the Year. If you are interested, please contact Jose Arroyo. An application is required.
