2009 REGISTRATION INFORMATION
REGISTRATION FEES – FOOTBALL & CHEERLEADING
Registration Fee: $59.00
Due to the decreased registration Fees for 2009
there are NO refunds for registration fees for 2009
Registration Fees do NOT include a MANDATORY Raffle Fundraiser
1 Raffle Book/Family $50
PARENT VOLUNTEER REQUIRMENT
Volunteer Requirement — PYF is a Volunteer Run Organization
It is required that a parent /guardian volunteer
2 hours of their time during the season per FAMILY.
A $100.00 DEPOSIT FEE PER FAMILY will be collected at UNIFORM PICKUP.
This will be RETURNED when the 2 hour volunteer quota has been met (this MUST be met prior to last game of season).
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT TIME OF REGISTRATION All new Football Players / Cheerleaders must submit a
COPY of their BIRTH CERTIFICATE at time of registration
THIS WILL NOT BE RETURNED.
2009 TEAM / SQUAD DETERMINATION
FOOTBALL
Mite Players
Must attain the age of 7 prior to September 1, 2009,
cannot attain the age of 10 prior to July1st,2009
and cannot weigh more than 105 lbs.
PeeWee Players
Cannot attain the age of 12 prior to July 1st, 2009,
and cannot weigh more than 130 lbs.
Midget Players
Cannot attain the age of 15 prior to November 15, 2009,
can not be entering 9th grade
or weigh more than 160 lbs.
CHEERLEADING
Mitey Mite: Grades 1 & 2 *Mite: Grades 3 & 4 *PeeWee: Grades 5 & 6 *Midget: Grades 7& 8 *Competition Squads are available for girl's in 3rd grade and up wishing to compete.
