2008 Tryouts
Trouts at PRHS starting at 8:30 am. Please wear black or navy shorts and white t-shirt (can be a cheer shirt). Hair up, nails cut, no jewelry.
You will be scored on the following:
*Jumps-required to show three jumps-toe touch, pike and jump of choice.(10 pts. each)
*Dance and cheer-motions 10; voice 5; expression/spirit 10-total 25 pts
*Tumbling-cartwheel/roundoff-5; backhandspring-10; roundoff backhandspring-10; tuck/layount-5-total possible 30pts
*Stunting-you will be placed in stunt groups (will be similar to the groups you have been practicing in at open gym)-total 20 pts
*Overall showmanship (facials, appearance,enthusiasm, crowd appeal)-30 pts.
*Short interview-20 pts.
