Please review the registration requirements as follows:
1. All players are required to show proof of residency by providing the league with a copy of a utility bill before Tryouts scheduled date.
2. All players are required to show proof of age with a Birth Certificate or Passport before Tryouts scheduled date.
3. There will be $30.00 fee for all returned checks.
4. Once a player is drafted onto a team or has signed off on the player protection form, there is no refund of registration fees, unless there is a valid medical reason or the player is moving outside of the area. The uniform cost will be deducted from the player's refund.

6. League Boundaries: Hacienda Heights, Rowland Heights, La Puente, Diamond Bar, West Covina.
7. Registration fee breakdown: Trophy, pictures package, yearbook, insurance, equipments, field maintenance and part of uniform (jersey, hat and sox).
