Artie Posch
June 25, 2009 --
Yes, Artie Posch only played in three games for the Cardinals this season but that's a testament to his ability as he was picked up by the Pittsfield Defenders of the New England Collegiate Baseball League (NECBL) less than two weeks into the Cardinals season. Artie has played in seven out of 12 games for the Defenders and has started in five of their last seven.
Good luck Artie!

A starter last year for the Cardinals, Steve Golbranson, has begun his time in the New York Collegiate Baseball League (NYCBL) playing for the Brockport Bats.
