The mission of South Boston Youth Football and Cheerleading is to enable children to benefit from participation in team sports and activities in a safe and structured environment. Our objectives are to encourage and increase youth participation in football and cheerleading; to ensure a safe and positive playing environment for all participants; and to instill life-long values. We want all participants to value DREAMS - Dedication, Responsibility, Education, Athletics, Mentorship, and Sportsmanship. We value DREAMS above winning. In addition, we take the opportunity to educate our participants on the dangers of drug and alcohol abuse that is prevalent in our community through team workshops.
