"RESPECT ALL BUT FEAR NO ONE"
One of the most frequent questions we get asked is, "Does SCRA feed into one particular Middle or High School?". The answer is NO. Our football players feed into ALL Cherokee County Middle Schools and High Schools! We have years of proven results in our philosophies at SCRA. Because we practice, compete and coach at a high level, your young football player will leave SCRA confident with an unmatched sound fundamental knowledge of the sport. This attitude carries on as SCRA has produced an abundant amount of D1 Collegiate football players over the years. SCRA players are the elite and become very well known when they step into the Middle School arena. Many of the current Middle School coaches have tenure at SCRA.
FOOTBAL FAQ's

A: Yes, we take great pride in the knowledge level of our coaches. Players are evaluated at the beginning of the season. They are then placed on a team that will match their skill set and abilities.
Q: What are practice and game times?
A: Practices are held 3 nights a week for a maximum of 2 hours per practice. Practice days are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Most teams practice from 6-8pm. Games are played on Saturdays and the times vary per age group.
Q: Do I need to purchase any additional equipment?
A: Yes, you will be responsible for purchasing for your player, cleats, a mouthpiece, practice pants and practice jersey. SCRA issues everything else that is needed. These items can be purchased at any of your local sporting goods stores. (Or soon on our online store)
Q: I am worried because my son is small for his age, should I be concerned?
A: No, we have kids of all weight and sizes.
Q: What can I do to get my player ready for football season?

Q: Where are the games played?
A: In general, half of the games will be played at home. The others will be played in surrounding areas mostly in Cobb and Paulding County as the schedule dictates. The schedule is generated by the NWGYFL. SCRA does not determine where, when or who our opponents will be.
Q: If my son doesn’t like it, can we have a refund?
A: Due to the fact that we have to pay league fees for each child registered as well as the cost of equipment including game jerseys, we have a no refund policy.

A: Yes we offer seasonal insurance. The cost is $9.00.
Q: Do you have any coaching positions available?
