The Sky Walkers Lacrosse Program, LLC has all players register as a member of US Lacrosse.
Players must have a current and valid US Lacrosse Membership number and expiration date.
TO OBTAIN A US LACROSSE MEMBERSHIP:1. Go to www.uslacrose.org
2. On the left side select "Membership Info"
3. Follow Directions to Apply or Renew online
WAYS TO CONFIRM YOUR US LACROSSE MEMBERSHIP NUMBER & EXPIRATION DATE:1. Membership Card provides this information
2. The LACROSSE MAGAZINE address label has your membership number above your name
3. Check on the US Lacrosse Website. Go to www.uslacrosse.org. Find "Membership" on the left column. There is an area where you can locate your number by providing your name, birthdate, and zip code.

2. Make sure that your current and valid US Lacrosse Membership information is filled in the required fields.
