Head Coach Dave Lang and assitant Dave Sorka who will be coaching ETR again this year following a great first season!

Returning ETR wrestlers performed a "Day of Service" volunteering at Special Olympics which was held at Villanova University the weekend of November 14. It was a great day and pictures will be posted soon. It's great to see these young men give back to the community.

2008-2009 ETR Wrestling Team

The Middle School team is coming off a solid season last year finishing with a 10-3 record overall. This group of wrestlers was an extremely hard working and committed group and that was a big part of the team's success.

Many of the wrestlers would make huge team sacrifices match after match by moving up or down in weight to get more team points. In addition to making sacrifices to win, this team also excelled at pinning. Last season the wrestlers recorded 88 pins overall which is a total of 528 points in pins alone.

We will really miss the strong group of wrestlers that have moved on to the high school program and wish them much success. However, this year we are looking forward to another great season here at ETR as we will have 12 wrestlers returning and a very strong seventh grade group that has signed up this year.

Practice starts Monday, November 30. ETR Night at the High School is tentatively scheduled for January 13 when the Cougars host the Penncrest Lions
