We will no longer be using the hard copy form 1628 for Coaching applications. Coaching applications will now be submitted on-line through the above link. If you have been selected to coach for the 2013/2014 season, this form must be completed in its entirety and submitted on-line. Once the coach fills in his/her information, he/she will be given a confirmation number. This confirmation number MUST be emailed to the club registrar at sheldonsoccerclub@gmail.com.
