FORMS FOR MANAGERS AND COACHES
Incident Reports:
Any time an accident occurs at the West Boynton Park fields that involves a West Boynton player, volunteer or spectator, an Incident Report should be completed and submitted to the WBLL Safety Officer, Courtney Scott, no later than two days after the incident. You can view and print the WBLL Incident Report here.

Pitch Count Tracking: These forms should be used to submit pitch count information to Division Vice Presidents. Each pitcher in the Minors division must adhere to the following Little League Mandated rest times:

  • if a player pitches between 1 and 20 pitches, no rest is required
  • if a player pitches between 21 and 40 pitches, one days rest is required before pitching again
  • if a player pitches between 41 and 60 pitches, two days of rest are required AND one game as well
  • if a player pitches more than 60 pitches, three days rest are required AND one game as well

You can print out a pitch count tracking form to be used during games here. All Minors Pitch Count
