Spring 2010 Manager Forms
Volunteer App - 1 per manager/coach
Without this form, you cannot receive your ID badge, and will not be permitted in the dugout.  Don't wait or it will slow your processing.

Pitch Count Mandate - New Rules for 2010

You will be required to monitor pitch counts for all your pitchers. This means that you need to track how many days of rest the child has so you can legally pitch them again. All the information you need is here for you.

The pitch limits per day are listed below
League Age
Maximum Pitches per Day*
7 - 8
50 pitches
 8 - 10
 75 pitches
 11 - 12
 85 pitches
 13+  95 pitches
*NOTE - if a pitcher hits the maximum in the middle of an at bat, the pitcher can finish pitching to the batter without penalty, and will need to be replaced for the next batter

The rest periods required during the season are listed below, applies to all ages.
